1. Can anyone review videos?
Yes, all you have to do is create a reviewer account, and then submit a review.

2. Do all reviews get accepted?
No, they are looked over and either rejected, or they are accepted and will go live on the site.

3. What if my review gets rejected?
You can go to your user page and edit it. That will resubmit it for you, and it will again be looked at and possibly be put up on the site if you managed to fix whatever was wrong with it.

4. How long does it take for you to accept or reject my review?
Shouldn't be long at all. A couple days at the most.

5. Is there going to be anything reviewed besides videos?
Maybe someday, but probably not.
