It’s raining…

Okay, so it’s not raining at all. You know what I mean though. Larry is on the right track really, things are kind of boring, or perhaps we’re just getting old. Personally I’ve been amped on riding the old plank, even if it means enduring conversations like this at suburban public skateparks. “Sherman rail? Where is it? Milwaukee? I’ll feeble it” Oh yeah? I reply with indifference. “Yeah, I can feeble ANY rail?” Any rail? “ANY RAIL!” I’m not one of those pseudo-intellectual skaters who pretends that rails are the worst thing ever while quietly reading the slap message board to find out what the new “IN” item is that people are skating in San Francisco, (banks, bank to curb, ledge to bank, manual to bank, curb to curb..you get the idea) but seriously kids, it comes to a point when you just need to relax. Skate whatever you want parks, manual pads, ledges, street spines..whatever, but there really is no need to be so obnoxious around people you don’t know. Or maybe I just missed that memo.
